Increase the attractiveness of manufacturing professions
The transition to the Industry of the Future is a unique opportunity to inspire young people, to understand their way of thinking, to help them want to make a career in manufacturing.
In 2015, for the first time, a competition increased the attractiveness of these professions and enabled students to get a feel for them.
The competition was no game; it took place at the exhibition and included homework, gathering of information at the booths, and a presentation before a panel. The winners walked away with offers for training and sandwich courses.
Competing in the first edition were 10 schools from Ile de France and 80 BAC+2 students. This competition will be renewed in 2016 and will include more and a wider variety of participants (Bac+2, +3, Engineer).
